Position Summary:

The purpose of the Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure effective and efficient use of departmental resources to achieve budget targets. Drive culture of continuous improvement of our integrated management system. Achieve planned objectives related to Quality, Delivery, Safety and Sustainability.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the Production, Purchasing and Engineering process by doing periodic Quality Control audits.
  • Identifying and Implementing improvements to processes that lead to overall. increases in product quality and throughput.
  • Working together with department leaders to implement solutions to quality issues.
  • Creating production control plans for new products & processes.
  • Leading the change management process.
  • Define QA vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO accreditation requirements.
  • Ensure compliance to ANSI/IEEE standards as appropriate.
  • Investigating causes of quality problems and proposing solutions.
  • Training & development Quality Control employees.
  • Strong knowledge of the product's inner workings.
  • Continuing education on Quality Control techniques, tools and software
  • Validation of all test data.

Education and Experience:

  • Four-year degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years' progressive experience in a manufacturing or testing environment. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and willing to travel internationally.
